Meeting Room Hire

We have three meeting rooms available at Hastings Voluntary Action, which we let out during the daytime. Current members of HVA get preferential hire rates for these rooms and the present hire charges are:
CHARGES for Main Meeting Room and Resource Meeting Room: (offering disabled access and toilet)
HVA Members - £10 per ½ day/£20 per full day
HVA non-members - £15 per ½ day/£30 per full day   
Statutory Organisations - £20 per ½ day/£40 per full day   
Private Sector Organisations - £25 per ½ day/£50 per full day  
 
Equipment such as overhead projector, flip chart stand etc can be made available on request.  Flip chart paper can be provided – price negotiable.
Tea and coffee making facilities are available and there is a small kitchen area for food preparation.  Beverages can be brought in by organisations or can be provided by HVA at a cost of 25p per person for tea and coffee.
CHARGES for Attic meeting room:                 
HVA Members - £7 per ½ day/£14   per full day
HVA non-members - £12 per ½ day/£24 per full day   
Statutory Organisations - £17 per ½ day/£34 per full day
Private Sector Organisations - £22 per ½ day/£44 per full day
Should your voluntary or community group is not a funded one, please let us know, so that a suitable rate can be negotiated
