For a small charge, we will put your job advertisement on our website and publish a link to it in our next e-bulletin or PDF newsletter (which ever is published sooner). Additionally, we will notify people of your vacancy  through our social media networks (on twitter, facebook and through our blog)

Our e-bulletin and newsletter are sent to over 1100 people and we have been using these mechanisms to successfully advertise posts within the sector for many years.

Churches, Community and Events Fundraiser - Brighton
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Community Fundraiser to join Family Support Work as we plan to increase our work across Sussex. We are seeking a career minded individual who is looking for a challenge as we set out to meet our ambitious growth plans.  You will be an experienced fundraiser who is highly organised and have a good track record engaging local groups and churches in fundraising activities. You will be working as a part of a newly created fundraising team. Reporting to the Director you will have responsibility for the development of the strategy for this area of fundraising. FSW has a long association with the Churches of Sussex and with many community groups and we are looking for someone to build on this as well further development with working in schools. 
Family Support Work works closely with the Diocese of Chichester and has been active across East and West Sussex since 1890. We currently have a team of seven family support workers and a team of play workers who offer support to families in need. In addition to the support work, we run our own food bank and offer a wide range of activities including supported breaks, activity days and after school clubs.

Whilst FSW has some individual donors, the successful candidate will need to focus on donor recruitment and maximising on the organisations good reputation across Sussex. This role will also take the lead on developing a Legacy and In Memorial giving scheme. You will be working as a part of a newly created fundraising team. Reporting to the Director you will have responsibility for the development of the strategy for this area of fundraising.

Hastings Adventure Playground – Children in Need funded - Play worker and Inclusion worker 
In2play is a Community Interest Company providing opportunities for play and learning for children and families. We are looking to recruit two new members of staff to maintain and enhance play opportunities at Hastings Adventure Playground.
As members of the In2play team, you’ll contribute to the planning and delivery of children’s play. We are seeking committed and enthusiastic people who value play as vital for children. You’ll enjoy being outdoors and have plenty of energy to deliver play opportunities, and ideally have strong Playwork, Children and Young Peoples workforce and/or Early Years skills, qualifications and experience. An enthusiasm for construction, gardening and/or wild junk modelling, for example, would support our children the best.
Based at Hastings Adventure Playground –2 posts. Short term, 3 year contracts.
Part time – 18 hours per week – Playworker
Part time – 18 hours per week - Inclusion worker
Regular hours will be weekdays 3pm-6pm, Saturday mornings 10am-1pm, plus a weekly meeting and some additional flexible hours.
You will need to be a good communicator and an enthusiastic team player. 
You will ideally have at least 2 years experience of working with children and/or young people, and a relevant level 2, 3 (or above) qualification.
