Quality Assurance

Organisations often use a quality assurance system to show to themselves, their funders and other stakeholders that they are providing a quality service for their beneficiaries, as well as treating staff or volunteers well.

 

Locally HVA can run a healthcheck for your organisation, to make sure that key elements are in place. This can be used as the first steps to quality assurance. A copy can be found at the bottom of this page.

 

For organisations that are entirely volunteer-led, Quality First is a simple but nationally recognised quality assurance system.
