Meeting Rooms for Hire

We have a range of meeting spaces available for hire:

Ground Floor Community Meeting Room, for up to 30 people

Ground Floor Interview Booths, for 3 or 4 people

Groups that hire a room can also make use of equipment (subject to availability) including a flipchart or digital projector. Prices also include tea and coffee making facilities.

There will be an additional charge of £5 per hour for bookings that take place outside of HVA's office hours. This is subject to staff availability.

The building is fully accessible. Parking may be available for people with mobility difficulties - please call HVA to check availability.
